A new storage facility was built in Fort Walton Beach FL. This building needed vertical lift commercial garage doors. We installed 12'2" x 10' Commercial Garage Doors in Ft. Walton Beach Florida. The best door for this project is a C.H.I. Overhead Door model 3217. The customer chose a black door with one row of full view windows.
A vertical lift was required with this install. As you can see in the pictures, the door goes straight up the inside wall of the building. This type of install is required for buildings with high ceilings. This door also has Hurricane Protection. The struts on the back of the door gives the door strength to withstand hurricane force winds.
C.H.I. Overhead Doors model 3217 has an R- Value of 17.54, helping the building maintain the temperature of the facility.
We installed a commercial garage door opener for ease in raising and lowering the door.
