Kevin & Chris repaired & serviced our daughter’s garage in Gulfshores & did a wonderful job. Very quick response & scheduling. They also serviced our (heavy wooden) doors on Ono Island. We highly recommend them & plan on using them in the next year for installation on 3 hurricane doors.

Fantastic service. Called for repair of my door and within a few minutes Kevin called back and scheduled to come out the next day. Kevin and Chris arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem which was broken springs. They gave me a reasonable estimate and went to work. Within 2 hrs all was fixed and my door was working perfectly. They also told me how to maintain the door. I would highly recommend them. Kevin and Chris are friendly, knowledgable and get the job done for a reasonable price.

Kevin and Chris Snyder did a fantasitc job today. I'm talking about working in 110 degree heat index. They were very knowledgeable about the garage door installation, motors track alignment, etc. They completed the replacement of two motors and tracks and realigned one door all in a few hours. The pricing was very reasonable and they even gave us some hints about surge protectors and the correct type of light bulb in the units. If we ever have any other issues we will go directly to them.

We manage multiple properties and buy new ones everyday week. My experience started because I backed into my garage door and messed up the bottom. Kevin and Chris were sent out to evaluate the damage. Kevin made a temporary repair but needed to order parts to fix the damage correctly. Kevin and Chris let me know that the parts were on backorder and would let me know when they were in. As with everything else in this COVID world we are living in it was going to be 6-9 months before the parts arrived. At this point I started asking questions about a new garage door. Mine was 15 years old and I questioned it was wise to purchase a new one. Kevin and Chris walked me through the pros and cons and never once tried to pressure me into a new door. After I decided that was the right path they went out of there way to help me make the right selection. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Today my new door was installed by Billy and Wade. They were also top notch. In a time where customer service seems to have gone by the wayside I did not experience that at all from American Garage Door employees.
Kevin and Chris were great. They explained what was going on with my door and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They closed my broken door for me to provide security until my new doors get installed. They were at my house within 2 hours of me calling. Good southern people!.
American Garage Door removed an old operator (probably from the 70’s) and installed a new unit with two remotes, a wireless keypad, and some safety sensors. Feel much safer now with the kids around and would definitely call them in the future if I need any further garage door services!

My 12 year old garage door opener finally broke its belt and Kevin and Christina came out and replaced it with a brand new, chain driven Liftmaster. I was impressed at how they both answered all my questions and educated me (and provided pictures) about all the ways garage doors can and do break. I had not been maintaining my door and I appreciated all the extra time spent explaining how to keep everything running smoothly. They balanced the door, replaced rollers, sensors, keypads, everything except the door and tracks and had it done in way less time than I was expecting (or could ever do myself). I am pleased with how smoothly everything runs now and can't thank them enough. Price was fair too! For an additional note, Kevin and Christina are exceptionally nice, hard working and considerate. I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door work. Just don't wait 'til something is broken like I did! You can't get better service than American Garage Doors.
